I have no insurance and I think I have a UTI. I have all the symptoms, I don't know rather to go to the emergency room or urgent care. The nearest urgent care is a Medical Center a few blocks away. Both the Urgent Care clinic and the ER will take cash payments but the ER will probably charge 10 times what the Urgent Care will charge.

Well, if its only a few blocks away, you could stop in and ask them what their policy is...
