Can people with no health insurance visit a certain Medical Center Urgent Care?

I have no insurance and I think I have a UTI. I have all the symptoms, I don't know rather to go to the emergency room or urgent care. The nearest urgent care is a Medical Center a few blocks away. Will they accept me if I have no insurance or even go to that medical center? What should I do? Where should I go?Can people with no health insurance visit a certain Medical Center Urgent Care?
Both the Urgent Care clinic and the ER will take cash payments but the ER will probably charge 10 times what the Urgent Care will charge.

The ER may not even see you since a UTI is seldom a true emergency. Can people with no health insurance visit a certain Medical Center Urgent Care?
Well, if its only a few blocks away, you could stop in and ask them what their policy is...
