I have never volunteered @ QMC, but I do work there. My sense about the interview is that they just want to make sure that you have a pleasant way of interacting with other people. One of my co-workers' sons is a summer volunteer. He is an EXTREMELY introverted kid %26amp; almost didn't get picked for volunteering. He has a hard time making eye contact, etc. The mom explained that part of the reason he was volunteering was to try to make inroads in that area %26amp; they did take him on in the end.Did anyone volunteer at the queen medical center in honolulu, hawaii before?
just don't act like a clown , and you'll be fine. volunteers don't get paid with money, so they don't really care about you and what you do. they're just glad they got people to work for free. as long as you're not a convicted murderer, you'll get the position
