I plan on taking the skyway and have 94 as a backup, but to get onto 290 is horrible, any suggestions on back routes? Or great routes to go in winter/snow traffic?I'm Commuting from Portage, IN to Rush Medical Center, what's the best "unknown" way to go during the winter?
