I have to go there in a week and I messed up and used for a few days up to 100mg. I have a huge opiate tolerance. I know they are going to give me a UA but I am wondering if it's enough time to get out of my system and if they test for it. I know that their pain clinic tests for it but I wasn't sure about their regular UA's.Does the VA medical center test for methadone?
Not nearly enough time. Methadone has the longest elimination half life of all the synthetic opioids, up to 60 hours. You won't pass.
