What are your views on Tufts Medical Center in Boston if you have heard of it?

My son has an appointment at Tufts University Floating Hospital For Children in Boston in a couple weeks. We are deciding whether or not to keep this appointment because the drive is over an hour. I think it might be worth the drive though because the doctors there are supposed to be really good I think. I am just wondering what others views of this hospital are...What are your views on Tufts Medical Center in Boston if you have heard of it?
Tufts is a good hospital, as are most of the hospitals in the Boston area. Depending on what your son has an appointment for, it may be difficult to find a doctor with as much expertise outside of the city.
