What is it called if I wanna work in the office at a hospital?(Childrens medical center)?

Im berly 16 years old but I already know what I am gonna be when i get out of High school.

I dont wanna be a nurse or doctor because i just dont like doing all that. I just wanna help out the patients and family with paper stuff. is that called a social worker?What is it called if I wanna work in the office at a hospital?(Childrens medical center)?
Could be a social worker or medical assistant i believe.
