What are you asking? Will they let you video your birth? I would think so. Call and ask the OB department, but I'm pretty sure any hospital that wants to stay in business in a consumer-driven society will pretty much let the patients do what they want to in regards to birthing practices....as long as it poses no danger. Lord only knows how many birth videos I've been in.
EDIT: Give the unit a call and ask. I would think you need to provide your own recording device and someone to do it. Once in a while, one of our OB techs will tape a birth, but usually they are too busy with actual clinical activities to be playing camera-girl. Best wishes!
