Trying to find the least complicated wayBest way to reach NYU Langone Medical Center at 33rd Street and First Avenue from Penn Station?
NYU is at 33rd and 1st avenue. Penn is 7th avenue an 32nd street. Easiest would be a taxi. But you can take the M34 bus on 34th street, to 1st avenue and 34th street. You will need either a metrocard or 2 dollars in change.

Believe it or not, if its a nice day, you can just walk it. Its a little over a mile straight down 33rd street (you can exit Penn Station right in front of Penn Station). But if its a nasty day, or you just dont feel like walking, cab is the easiest thing, they line up in front of Penn Station along 7th Avenue.
