This a very low offer for being a nurse with all the responsibilities this job bears. Not to mention that you have to take the HAAD test and work in shiftts incl. weekends. Anless NMC rents out accommodation I guess NMC expects their nurses to rent bed spaces only what could cause a problem when people with different working times share one room.
Try to land a job in any other hospital where not mostly Indians work. A nurse at Hopital Franco Emireen for example makes between AED 8.000 - AED 10.000. There are so many hospitals in and around Abu Dhabi and nurses are needed all the time.

I heard rents in dubai are higher than inabu dhabi. Dhs 4.500 is not enough.
