What is the difference between a "regional medical center" and a "regional health system?"

Is there any discernable difference in public opinion or accreditation between a "regional medical center" and a "regional health system?"What is the difference between a "regional medical center" and a "regional health system?"
They are both one in the same. REgional medical Center has an emergency room and the Health Center is mostly doctor's offices and such. Choose wisely and always get a second opinion when looking for a surgeon!!!!!!!
I would think a Center is where the doctors are all in one complex or building.

Where a system is a network of doctors and specialists across several facilities and hospitals. What is the difference between a "regional medical center" and a "regional health system?"
I would say a regional medical center is referring to a single physical location where medical services are provided, but a regional health system would include all medical service providers in a region.
