Why has Obama not produced the original birth certificate from 'Queens medical Center' in honolulu Hawaii?

He is in Hawaii and RUSH was at the queens medical center ,he said they where good,,,,i know Queens is good cause i have been there my self,,,so whats Obamas problem ?Why has Obama not produced the original birth certificate from 'Queens medical Center' in honolulu Hawaii?
There was an AP article which showed that Obama ran as keynan-born candidate for the Chicago election.
He may just not have it - not hard to imagine considering how many times they moved.

And if you request a new copy from the State you were born, you get one in the NEW format - NOT a copy of the old one, which is not a valid legal document anymore anyway!

The hospital where he was born may not have it anymore either, but printed the new one based on old birth records.

The State of Hawaii has verified TWICE that his birth certificate is valid, and CONGRESS (When it was nearly majority REPUBLICANS) passed a resolution stating Obama is a US born citizen.

The only reason that I believe Obama was born in Hawaii is because of the birth announcement in the newspaper. However, don't try and tell me that he has produced the original birth certificate What I saw was a doctored short form that had Obama Sr's race listed incorrectly as "African", a term not yet in vogue yet. In 1961 Obama Sr's race would have been read as "Black" or "N-gro".
I'm going to post this one more time. He has provided a birth certificate. You guys refuse to believe it because it would serve your purpose for him to not be american. I can say the Earth is flat and you can't prove me otherwise if I just call your evidence a fraud. The problem is a majority of the people do believe the world is a sphere and it doesn't matter that I believe the world is flat.
Even O'Reilly on the O'Reilly Factor a few months ago said that Obama's birth notice appeared in the Honolulu papers at the time of his birth.



I despise Obama and his practices with every fibre of my being.

But on this issue, Obama is being cunning, by simply not releasing it. As long as a small faction of Republicans demand the birth certificate, it makes them look like paranoid conspiracy nuts, comparable to 9/11 truthers.

Hospitals do not originate birth certificates. They send the information to the local and state health departments, or their bureaus of vital statistics, who issue the certificate.



Hilliary (and Bill) and Obama's other Democratic opponents would have exposed a cover-up. They had the money and connections.
I just want to point out the humor of the fact that "God's Reporter" states about what Snopes claims about Obama, and then links to that useless rag World Net Daily instead of actually, you know, Snopes. God must have some low standards for reporting, I guess that explains the Bible.

Because he wasn't born at Queens Medical Center. He was born at the maternity hospital five miles away. In 1961 Kapiolani Maternity Hospital was where women birthed their babies. The hospital registered the birth with the State of Hawaii and it was announced in the two daily papers.
Because he doesn't have one. That's why he just got people to say he does, but he didn't actually show it.



All I know is that when you're the president of the United States, and this many people are asking for something as simple as a birth certificate, you should show it.
My god! It's public record and has been seen by thousands. There has even been a birth announcement found in the archives of the Honolulu newspaper from when he was born.

I think it might be your YOUR problem. Anyone who can't accept overwhelming evidence should not be able to reproduce or vote. I wrote to my Rep., Steve King, fifth district of Iowa and in his response stated President Obama is an American citizen born in Hawaii.
The president is not required to carry his birth certificate around for the viewing pleasure of any whack-job who demands to see it



PS - MY birth certificate was issued by the city in which I was born. Hospitals don't issue birth certificates

I don't have an answer to that. Many will claim that he was not really born there but that is just conjecture. It does seem awfully strange that he would spend so much time and money concealing records that would shut up so many of his detractors. But to claim to know the reason is stupidity.



I would like to see those records released, if for no better reason than to get rid of that particular argument.



**EDIT: Hello, an article in USA today quoting a government official and a broken link are not proof of anything. Nobody is interested in what an official says, they want to see the real birth certificate, not a certificate of live birth. Two different things altogether.



For all of you that gave me a thumbs down, what is wrong with trying to be fair? I really dislike Obama's policies but am willing to have this point proved either way. And it would shut up so many of his detractors. Are you afraid of the truth?
