What does it take; to gat a job as a Social Worker for a hospital (medical center)?

I am 19 years old and a college student at a community college. I am thinking about getting a degree in "social work" once I tranfer to a university. I am just wondering a coulpe things.



Do you need to have a bachlor's or a master's degree for social work? How easy is it to get a job in counceling/social work for a hospital (medical center)? How would I apply for the job?....online? What does it take; to gat a job as a Social Worker for a hospital (medical center)?
You need to get your social work degree first in order to do this job. You often need to have practical working experience as well.
