That is known as an ORIGINAL DOCUMENT.
Obama's "statement" or Maya's "statement" are nothing more than comments, which may or may not have even originated with them. That is called "hearsay".
Since both hospitals are in Honolulu, it is not relevent to the question of his being born there. What is relevant is the absolute refusal of some persons to understand that Hawaii answered the question, and it is not an issue.
