In California is it ok to use medical marijuana inside a parked car in the parking lot of a shopping center?

The car would be turned off, the keys put away. No daycare centers in the shopping center. This is with a legal medical recommendation. In California is it ok to use medical marijuana inside a parked car in the parking lot of a shopping center?
First off I would make sure you remove the keys from the ignition. Even if your car isn't on if they keys are in the ignition your car is 'running.' So don't be jamming out to some tunes while blazing a spliffy yo ;). You will get pinned. It's STILL a DUI even if it's a prescription. Same with opiates, benzo's etc.

Second make sure you have a state-accredited license easily accessible. This will make your life a lot easier.

Third just a tip be wary of what you are in within 1,000 feet of. If a school bus HAPPENS to be driving by or you are within 1,000 feet of someone's house who doesn't approve of the medicine being used in front of them. Bam. You just got a ticket. You are advised to be discrete as possible in public or cook your marijuana into yummy cookies so you can do it like that :)

Fourth be sure the establishment itself isn't anti-medical marijuana as they could press charges on you. COULD press charges. I can find no resource backing up the legality of a private business and your medical rights.
Well after you use the marijuana, it would be illegal for you to drive, unless you just waited there in your car.In California is it ok to use medical marijuana inside a parked car in the parking lot of a shopping center?
a gray area. but the shopping complex probably has rules about loitering which is what you would be doing.
If sitting behind the wheel, it would be the same as drinking while parked. You can still be arrested.

if you have keys inside the car it can be considered a DUI. always have your med card on you just in case, and driving stoned is still DUI as well.
