How to get from laguardia international airport to long island jewish medical center?

It takes about an hour by public transportation to get to the one in Brooklyn:

You have to take the Q72 bus to Junction Blvd/Queens Blvd and then transfer to the Q59 bus to Broadway/Bedford Avenue. Either dip your MetroCard or pay the $2.25 in coins and ask for a transfer.

Hope this helps. How to get from laguardia international airport to long island jewish medical center?
You can take the subway, however, I'm not going to give you the who run around on how to get from LGA to LIJ Medical Center in Brooklyn. Therefore, take a taxi from the airport to the hospital. The one way fare will cost you about $30.

Good luck
Try http://www.goairlinkshuttle.com/. You have to ask for a quote but last time I used them they got back to me in a day or so, which I thought was pretty quick. The fares are pretty cheap too.How to get from laguardia international airport to long island jewish medical center?
Take a cab.

Give the driver the address and the closest intersection as a point of reference.
I'd probably go with a taxi. My guess would be around $30.
