There is a hospital downtown called Santa Rosa, but the big medical center is at Fredricksburg and 410 area.

Downtown is Santa Rosa. Best hospital is BAMC.
I would say the best hospital in San Antonio is Wilford Hall. They have tons of great doctors there.
This is under dining out. I wouldn't dine out at any hospital period in San Antonio or any other hospital.
