Can i volunteer at uci medical center if im not in college?

im 17 and i know a friend whose a yr younger that volunteers there, but on its website, the boxes only say: college student and non-student!!!Can i volunteer at uci medical center if im not in college?
You have to be old enough to go to the web site and look up the volunteering info, and if the age limit isn't there, to call them and find out. If you aren't old enough to do this then, indeed, you are not old enough to volunteer there.
