Relocated to Medical center area and looking for a good black hair salon. Any ideas?
What state are you in? I would do a quick local search online, you may find something there.
Does anyone know if they do elective c-sections at hackensack university medical center?
Given that the hospital has the second highest c-section rate in the state (49% of all births are c-sections) ... I'd speculate that even if they don't call it an 'elective' c-section, that the doctors would be happy to take any excuse to give you one.

Does Jersey Shore Medical Center want me to crochet hats as a gift for newborns?
I heard how people make little baby hats for newborns and I have always wanted to do it, but do you think that Jersey Shore would even want them from me? And another question is how many inches round is a newborn head? lolDoes Jersey Shore Medical Center want me to crochet hats as a gift for newborns?
You should make several hats that are made from hypoallergenic fabric. Try introducing them to the manager at the gift shop and the head nurse of the nursery department.
To answer your second question: buy a baby doll and use it as your head prop.Does Jersey Shore Medical Center want me to crochet hats as a gift for newborns?
I would make a couple as samples and then go to the hospital with them and ask ! Or you may want to ask first, since there may be concerns as to what type of materials (hypoallergenic) that you would be required for use, if they accept them.

Where are the closest hotels/motels to the Madigan Army Medical Center. ?
Maybe in Tillicum or something close to exit 122 or Madigan itself. I'm flying in the 29th but don't have to report in until September 1st so need a place to stay till then. It needs to be cheap but comfortable.Where are the closest hotels/motels to the Madigan Army Medical Center. ?
There's a Visiting Enlisted Quarters at Madigan. The Lodging Office is at Bldg. 2110. The VEQ and VOQ are in Bldgs. 9901 %26amp; 9906. Rates were $26-41 a night but may gone up a tad in the last year. Phone numbers for reservations are:
Commercial- 253-964-0211
DSN- 312-357-5051
Fax- 253-967-2253Where are the closest hotels/motels to the Madigan Army Medical Center. ?
You definitely don't want Tillicum, its not a very nice little town. I know when my husband came here he was a day or so early and they put him in temp lodging in barracks (he wasn't receiving bah at the time we were just married and i wasn't on his deers) because he went ahead and signed in. But in DuPont right outside of DuPont gate(they are real expensive though). There is also a Hotel on post for families of soldiers and such. Here is the web site with info for Fort Lewis Lodging. Best of luck and welcome to Fort Lewis.

I would lovvvvve it if he would produce a legal birth certificate once and for all so we could send him back to his homeland... It would be like a dream come true fer sure!
I am glad Rush is gonna live, I dont agree with everything he says but his family loves him.

If he had and Limbaugh just happened to die than we would never hear the end of it from Limbaugh's followers.
2009’s final irony: Rush Limbaugh treated at Obama birther hospital
Maybe Rush was trying to find proof of Obama's citizenship...
The world may never know.
Rush is way too smart to fall for that phony birth certificate thingy, that barack insane obama does.
You MEAN that Lush Limbo - America's finest lying sack of dog sh*t - is a muslim and not born in America????
That's astonishing. Time to put him in prison where he belongs!!

Really nice apartment near saint david's medical center in austin texas?
im a fresh graduate and am starting a career as a nurse, and i had to move to austin. where is a good place to live that is near saint david's that is affordable, and nice? thank you.Really nice apartment near saint david's medical center in austin texas?
Austin is a lovely place to live and it is expensive. Your best bet is to go through an apartment locator. Do a search online, there are many.
The best place to live is South Austin. It is trendy and relaxed and easy to get to all the nice spots from there.
Nice and affordable is challenging. I recommend Colonial Villiage at Canyon Hills located on Bluff Springs Drive. It is lovely.
Good Luck!
You will find the apartments in this area rather pricey because of the university nearby. If you can afford the prices nearby, I would suggest you take a place close since the traffic on I35 is HORRIBLE. I used to live 20 miles away in Round Rock and worked at St Davids. It was not unusual for the trip into Austin to exceed an hour or longer if there was a wreck. The traffic is INSANE!! By the way, St Davids is a good place to work..I was in the OR. HCA is NOT a good corporation to work for though. Anymore, the large corporations are not patient or nurse friendly.Really nice apartment near saint david's medical center in austin texas?

What documents are needed for the medical exam for fiancee visa in Manila (St.Lukes Medical Center) ?
MEDICAL EXAMINATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR IMMIGRANT, "K" AND "V" VISA APPLICANTS
Under U.S. immigration law, ALL applicants for immigrant, "K," and "V" visas are required to undergo and complete a medical examination, regardless of age. The medical examination findings by a panel physician are binding on the consular and used to determine eligibility to receive a visa.
St. Luke's Medical Center Extension Clinic (SLMCEC) is the Embassy's accredited medical facility. It is located at 1177 J. Bocobo St., Ermita, Manila. The telephone numbers are 521-0020 and 521-8647, and it is open for business Monday through Friday (except on Philippine holidays), from 7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. When you go to SLMCEC for medical examination, you must bring your interview appointment letter, passport, and one photo (size: 2" x 2").
It is important that you must have completed your medical examination when you come to the Embassy for your visa interview. Otherwise, your visa application will be refused or you may be asked to return for another appointment. The medical examination results are delivered directly to the Embassy.
I. First-Come, First-Served
Applicants are examined on a first-come, first-served basis. Medical examinations may take more than one day to complete. Female applicants may request a female doctor to perform the examination. Unless it is necessary, do not bring companions due to space limitation at the clinic.
II. Fees
The medical examination fee is $95 USD for adults (15 years of age or older) and $67 USD for children (14 years of age or younger). Repeat X-rays will cost $7 US each. Fees must be paid in their Philippine peso equivalent at the prevailing U.S. Embassy exchange rate.
III. X-Rays
A chest X-ray is not required for children below 15 years old, unless symptoms of tuberculosis (TB) exist, there is a history of TB, or there has been possible exposure of TB with a known case such as contact with a family or household member with TB.
Chest X-rays for pregnant women are not dangerous if taken with the proper shielding. U.S. Public Health Service (USPHS)/Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has approved an exception to the chest X-ray requirement for pregnant women if they do not want to take it. However, pregnant women visa applicants are advised to obtain a tuberculin skin test and any necessary follow-up at the local health department after arriving in the United States.
Applicants who have previous chest X-rays must bring the results with them to SLMCEC for comparative analysis.
IV. Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Test
HIV infection, which may lead to Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), is a communicable disease of public health significance. ALL applicants 15 years of age or older must be tested for evidence of HIV infection. Those under the age of 15 may be tested if there is reason to suspect HIV infection (for example a child whose natural parent is HIV-positive).
V. Divulgence of Contents of Medical Exam Reports
Visa records, including medical exam reports in support of a visa application, are confidential under the law and are generally NOT releasable. Consular officers may not divulge the particulars of an applicant's physical or mental health.
VACCINATION REQUIREMENT FOR "K" VISA APPLICANTS
U.S. immigration law requires that ALL intending immigrants be vaccinated against certain vaccine-preventable diseases before they can be admitted to the United States for permanent residence.
Vaccinations currently required are as follows:
- Mumps
- Measles
- Rubella
- Polio
- Tetanus and Diphtheria toxoids
- Pertussis
- Influenza Type B
- Hepatitis Type B
- Varicella
- Pneumoccocal
"K" visa applicants, as non-immigrant visa applicants, are technically not subject to the vaccination requirement. "K" visa applicants who refuse to comply with the vaccination requirement WILL NOT be denied a visa on that basis. As a matter of expediency, however, it is encouraged that "K" visa applicants meet the vaccination requirement before they are admitted into the U.S.
Bring your Vaccination Records for the Panel Physician's Review
You should bring records to show that you have already received vaccinations against certain vaccine-preventable diseases. The panel physician will review the vaccination records and will determine if you meet the vaccination requirement. Only the panel physician can determine which vaccinations are medically appropriate. This could mean that you may be required to repeat doses of vaccines that you have already received. Administering a second dose, however, will not endanger your health.
Adjustment of Status Application After "K" Applicant's Admission Into The U.S.
After you have been admitted to the U.S. in "K" status and apply for adjustment from non-immigrant to a permanent resident (green card holder), the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will use the panel ph

they're like the highest rated in the country. less interventions, lower Csections, more midwife care (personalized and so friendly) good luck. If you want pictures I am sure their website has them and they'll give you a tour.
I used Kaiser for the first half of my pregnancy and they showed me the rooms they have actual suites so that you can deliver and recover in the same room.. Now i have to switch to loma linda cuz of my husband being in the military kinda worried.. But i used the Kaiser in Fontana CA and Kaiser is considered a privatly owned hospital so they are really very good. How is the maternity facilities at Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills Medical Center?
I have not personally delivered there but my cousin did. From what I remember she was quite happy with her experience.
Call them up and schedule a tour. It is much more reassuring when you already know your way around and know what to expect when it is time to deliver.

The phone number for Patient Administration is (619) 532-8319. Unless things have changed, they coordinate all TDRL physicals and the like.
